K9 Mato was born 3/31/02 at Vom Loegrund Kennels in Germany. K9 Mato's handler
is Deputy Ron Hain. K9 Mato is a patrol K9 certified in narcotics detection,
tracking, building searches, evidence recovery, and handler protection. K9
Mato and Deputy Hain are also members of the Kane County Sheriff's Special
Weapons And Tactics Team. (S.W.A.T).
