Qualifications & Hiring Process

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Be at least 21 years old at time of appointment
  • Be a citizen of the United States
  • Have proof of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid drivers license
  • Be a Resident of Kane, DeKalb, Dupage, Kendall, McHenry, or Will Counties within 18 month of being hired

Salary & Benefits

BENEFITS
  • 2 weeks vacation time after first year

SALARY
  • Starting Pay of $46,000
  • After Probation $51,600
  • $72,000 after 3 years
  • Longevity pay added in 5th year
