ICSolutions Visitation Registration and Scheduling Disclaimers


Registration:

Please read all of the rules completely prior to moving forward. Not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them. Violating any rule may result in you being banned from residents or criminal charges being pursued when applicable.

  • All personal visits are subject to monitoring and recording. Attorney Visits are not recorded or monitored. 
  • Valid address and contact phone number must be used and are subject to verification.
  • Visitors 18 years of age and older must register and possess a valid picture I.D. (e.g., driver’s license, State I.D., or Military I.D.
  • Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an authorized adult visitor.
  • All visits must be scheduled 72 hours prior to the appointment or up to 1 weeks in advance.
  • Any Inmate or visitor whose behavior is disruptive during a visit may have his/her visiting privileges suspended/terminated.
  • All Friends and Family must bring a copy of any child’s birth certificate that will be visiting Inmates.

Note: Attorney's must send a copy of their bar card and Driver’s License to letsingerdanielle@co.kane.il.us

Scheduling:

  • All personal visits are subject to monitoring and recording. Attorney Visits are not recorded or monitored.
  • All visits must be scheduled 72 hours prior to the appointment or up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Visitors must arrive and check in 15 minutes prior to scheduled visit. Valid picture identification (e.g., driver’s license, State I.D., or Military I.D.) is required at Check-In.
  • All Friends and Family must bring a copy of any child’s birth certificate that will be visiting Inmates.
  • Visitors under the age of 18 must be listed as an additional visitor and accompanied and supervised by an authorized adult visitor.
  • Visitors who arriving late e after the scheduled start time may not be allowed to visit.
  • Inmates are be allowed (1) Onsite Video video Visits per week with a maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) detainee child, with no more than three (3)​ visitors total.
  • Offsite Visits are at a cost of $7.50. Offsite Visits can only be done by Professional Visitors.
  • Professional Visitors must download The Visitor™ application. Headphones are recommended for offsite visits to avoid audio feedback
  • Visitors should connect a few minutes early to complete testing.
  • No refund will be issued for missed terminated visits.
  • Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
  • Appropriate dress is required at all times. Nudity, Partial Nudity, Sexual Acts, Simulated Sexual Acts, or depiction thereof is prohibited.
  • You will not be allowed to visit under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  • Any Resident or Visitor whose behavior is disruptive during a visit may have their visiting privileges suspended/terminated.
  • Use of cell phones or other electronic devices during visits is prohibited. No pictures or screenshots are to be taken of the video visit session
  • Staff can deny, change, or cancel a visit at any time at their discretion.
  • Each visitation session will show a timer to display elapsed time.
  • After your visit has ended your connection will be terminated.​
